How Cayman's Process Started ?

First Cayman need to receive LOI ( Letter of Intent ) and/or Contract. After Cayman receives proper paperwork, PM ( Project Manager ) assigned and we schedule a Hand-Off Meeting in-between Estimator, PM and Engineering Dep.

When Shop Drawings will be Submitted ?

Depends on the size of the Project, it make take extra days, weeks. After Hand-Off Meeting, SDs ( Shop Drawing ) submittal process begins, and approximately should take 2 – 4 weeks to complete. Project Schedule is a Critical Criteria of the Shop Drawings Submittal Processes and Dates.

If Shop Drawings sent back, is Project going to Production ?

Last Revisions of SD needed/required before/prior releasing Project to Production, this/these will required to have All info in-house; FDs ( Field Dimensions ), Approved; SDs ( Shop Drawings ), Samples / Finishes, Hardware, and Appliances / Equipment Specs.

What is the Production time for the Project ?

After WOs ( Work Orders ) Processed, Optimized, and released, it should take approximately 4 – 6 weeks to complete. Depends on the size of the Project, it make take extra days, weeks. Project Schedule and Custom Material lead time are a Critical Criteria of the Production Processes and Dates.

When Product will be Shipped ?

Jobsite Readiness, Accessibilities, and Conditions are the Critical Criteria’s for the Shipping of the Product. Some Product and Material required running AC ( Air Conditioner ) at the jobsite and proper temperature with humidity.

When Product will be Installed ?

After Product being delivered, usually Installers should be at the jobsite within 24 – 48 Hours. Some Product and Material required 2 – 3 days of Acclimations period time; this will extend Installation start date.
